Join us Saturday, May 21st at 9am for the Brunswick County March for Babies. The event will begin at 9am and will go until noon.
The March for Babies, part of the March of Dimes, gives hope to more than half a million babies born premature every year. The money raised by the March, which is held all over the United States, helps provide programs that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies and funds research for problems and diseases that threaten babies. The walk, which has been going on since 1970, has raised over $2 billion to benefit mothers and babies.
After the walk, there will be lunch and other activities including face painting, exploring fire trucks, bounce rooms and fun for the whole family.
